Straight answers

Everything people ask before they book the call.

36 questions, in one place. If yours is not here, ask it on the call — we would rather answer it before you sign than after.

The system

Website Care and the optional AI receptionist.

Can I get the website without AI?
Yes. Website Care is $199/month. Website + AI Receptionist is $449/month total. Both include hosting, SEO setup and ongoing improvements, and up to 30 minutes of small website edits each month.
What does SEO include?
Initial service and location copy, page titles and descriptions, indexing checks, monitoring, and small ongoing improvements. Extensive content, backlink outreach, and competitive local SEO campaigns are quoted separately. Rankings and lead volume are not guaranteed.
Do I own the website?
Yes. The site is yours and the domain stays in your name. We confirm the handover, hosting, and ongoing service details in your agreement before work starts.
What happens if I cancel?
We confirm cancellation and handover terms before work starts. Monthly hosting, maintenance, and any AI services end according to your service agreement; domain ownership stays with you.

Pricing and terms

What it costs, what is not included, and how you leave.

What does it cost?
Website Care is $199/month with $500 one-time setup. Website + AI Receptionist is $449/month with $1,000 one-time setup. Phone and text usage are additional for the AI plan and agreed before activation.
What does setup cover?
Website setup is $500. The AI plan adds $500 for onboarding one business location, approved FAQs, human handoff, and one booking process, making the combined setup $1,000.
What updates are included?
Up to 30 minutes of small edits to existing website text and images each month. The AI plan also includes routine AI adjustments. Additional pages, redesigns, and larger projects are quoted separately.
What is not included?
Phone and text usage, AI voice answering, additional locations, ecommerce, major redesigns, extensive content, competitive SEO campaigns, paid ad spend, photography, and video. We agree any additional work and charges before activation.

Working together

Who does the work, what we need from you, and the one-per-area rule.

Who actually does the work?
Chris Knight, and the small team he runs. You talk to the person who builds the thing. When something breaks at 6pm, that is still the person who picks up.
Do you work with competitors of mine?
No. One business per trade per service area. If your area is already taken for your trade we will tell you on the first call rather than sell you something diluted.
What do you need from me to start?
Access to your Google Business Profile and your domain, an hour for the kickoff call, and a phone number we can route. Everything else we can gather ourselves.
How does the AI receptionist handle something it cannot answer?
It asks or hands off to your team. We agree how inquiries should reach you and test that process before activation.

The AI receptionist

How the receptionist responds to messages, books appointments, and hands off to your team.

What is included in the AI receptionist?
Website chat and inbound text responses, approved FAQs, appointment booking and reminders, and a clear human handoff for one business location and one booking process. AI voice answering and extra channels are quoted separately.
How does it know about my business?
We use information you approve: services, hours, FAQs, booking rules, and what should be handed to a person. It should ask or hand off when an answer is outside that scope.
Can it book appointments?
Yes, after we connect and test your booking process. It uses actual availability and confirms a booking only after the connected calendar accepts it.
Are phone and text charges included?
Phone and text usage are billed separately at rates agreed before activation. Buying a number does not activate messaging; texting requires the applicable registration and customer consent.
What happens when somebody needs a person?
We configure the handoff with you. The assistant can collect an ordinary inquiry for your team without claiming a person has accepted it or promising a response time.

Home services

How fast does the phone actually start ringing?
Flow answers from day one — that part is immediate. Map movement is slower: Reach usually shows measurable grid change inside [X] weeks and settles by [X] months, depending on how many competitors are already established in your radius.
Will the AI receptionist sound like a robot to my customers?
It answers, gathers the address and the problem, quotes your window, and books. It also knows when to stop and hand off — anything it is not sure about goes to you as a text with the recording attached. You can listen to every call.
I already have a website. Do I have to replace it?
Not necessarily. If it is fast and it converts, we leave it and run Reach and Flow around it. If it is a page builder that takes six seconds to load on LTE, replacing it is usually the cheapest thing on the list.
What does it cost?
Website Care is $199/month with $500 setup. Website + AI Receptionist is $449/month with $1,000 setup. Hosting is included; phone and text usage are additional. See our pricing page for the scope.

Restaurants & bars

We already have a POS booking system. Does this replace it?
No. We put the booking you already use one tap from the top of the page and make sure the link survives a phone. The system that takes the reservation stays exactly as it is.
Who answers the phone during service?
Nobody, which is the point. Traxyn Flow takes the call during a rush, answers hours and location questions, and texts the party size and time to whoever is on the floor.
Do you write the review replies?
Yes, in your voice, and you approve anything you want to see first. The bad ones get answered fastest — a calm reply to a one-star does more for the next reader than five more five-stars.

Gyms & studios

We use a booking platform already. Does this replace it?
No. Whatever runs your schedule and payments stays. We make the schedule readable on the page, put the trial one tap from the top, and make sure Google can see all of it.
Who answers when the desk is coaching?
Traxyn Flow. It takes the call mid-class, answers the schedule and pricing questions, books the trial, and texts you the details. Missed-call text-back on anything it cannot take.
Should we really publish pricing?
Yes. Hiding it filters out the people who would have paid and keeps the ones who want to negotiate. Every gym in your radius that publishes is already ahead of you on that search.

Med spa & salon

Should we really publish prices?
Yes, and it is the clearest single win in this category. Hiding the number does not protect the consultation, it removes you from the shortlist of someone comparing four clinics at 9pm.
What about medical advertising rules?
We keep claims to what you can substantiate, avoid guaranteed outcomes, and label anything illustrative. If your practice has a compliance reviewer, they see the copy before it goes live.
Can the AI receptionist take clinical questions?
No, and it is built not to. It handles hours, pricing, availability and booking, and hands anything clinical to a person with the recording attached.

Legal & professional

Can an AI receptionist handle a legal intake?
It handles the front of one: who is calling, what happened, when, and how urgent. It gives no advice, makes no assessment, and escalates by your rules with the recording attached. The judgement stays with a person.
What about bar advertising rules?
Copy avoids guarantees and outcome predictions, keeps testimonials within what your jurisdiction permits, and carries the disclaimers your bar requires. Your compliance reviewer sees it before it goes live.
We get most work by referral. Is search worth it?
Referrals are a better source and they are not a growing one. Search is where the matters your referrers cannot cover come from — and the firms winning those searches are not usually the better firms.

Health & wellness

We are listed on Psychology Today. Should we drop it?
Not on day one. Keep it running while your own pages start ranking, then decide with the numbers in front of you. The goal is that it stops being the only thing that brings people in, not that you cancel it out of principle.
Our forms have to be HIPAA-compliant. Can you do that?
We do not put PHI through a website form. Intake goes through the tool inside your practice management platform — SimplePractice, TherapyNotes, Jane or whatever you already run — and anything automated that touches a client message needs a signed BAA in place first. We confirm it exists rather than assume it.
Will you write copy that makes claims we cannot back up?
No. Outcome promises are out, cure and eliminate are out, and anything implying typical results is out. That is a board and FTC issue rather than a style preference, and the honest version converts better anyway.
