Every system we sell runs on our own clients first, with our own money on the line. We are operators who productized what worked and then sold it — not a login handed over with a training video.
You will talk to the person who builds the thing. When something breaks at 6pm, that is still the person who picks up.

How the work runs
Discover, design, deliver.
Three phases on one track. Each one ends with something you can hold, and the thing it ends with is what the next one starts from.
Week one
01 Discover
We pull your map grid, read your reviews, call your own number after hours, and look at what the three businesses above you are doing that you are not. You get that report whether or not you hire us.
A map grid, a list of leaks, and the honest version of where you rank.
Weeks two to four
02 Design
The site gets built around the phone call. The profile gets its categories, its service areas and its first weeks of photos. Traxyn Flow gets briefed on your trade, your hours and what you will and will not quote over the phone.
A site that loads, a profile that is complete, an agent that answers.
Month two onward
03 Deliver
The grid gets measured every month and read by a person, not emailed as a dashboard link. Where you are losing blocks, that is the next month of work. Where you are winning, we leave it alone.
A monthly report somebody actually read, and the next thing to fix.
How we work
Four things we will not do.
Most of what makes an agency relationship go wrong is decided before any work starts.

Run two competitors against each other.
One business per trade per service area. If yours is taken we say so on the first call. - 02
Hold your own website hostage.
The site and the domain stay in your name. If you leave, you leave with them. - 03
Send a dashboard instead of a report.
A link to a chart nobody opens is not reporting. Somebody reads the grid and writes what it means. - 04
Publish a number we have not measured.
Every figure on this site that is not measured yet is visibly bracketed. Including on this page.
Where we work
Tampa Bay, and specifically these places.
Map ranking is Tampa Bay only, because it is the only radius we can honestly claim to know block by block. Website and brand work can be done anywhere in Florida.
