The published price list
Nearly every clinic in this category makes you call to find out what something costs, which means the first thing a prospective patient experiences is a small act of withholding. Publishing starting-at prices for injectables, laser and skin inverts that, and it filters the enquiries down to people who already know roughly what they are committing to. Body contouring is deliberately quoted in person rather than given a number, because publishing one figure for it would not be honest — and that single exception is what makes the rest of the table credible. The results band is the only dark section on the page, because before-and-after imagery only reads against something darker than it is.
Who this suits
- Clinics willing to publish starting-at pricing for their core treatments
- Consultation-first practices where every CTA books an assessment rather than a procedure
- Aesthetic practices with real documented before-and-after photography and consent on file
- Anyone whose differentiation is transparency rather than the lowest price
Who it does not
- A clinic that will not publish any pricing. The page is built around that being the differentiator and without it there is no argument left
- Practices that book treatments directly from the website. Consultation-first is a clinical safeguard here, not a funnel preference
- Anyone without their own results photography — this is the one slot in the entire programme that can never be generated or retouched
What you need to bring
- Your medical director’s name and credentials
- Florida requires physician or ARNP medical direction for a med spa. This is a state compliance requirement, not a trust badge, and it must be verifiable on the site. Check at flhealthsource.gov.
- Starting-at prices for five treatment categories
- Injectables, laser, skin and two more. Real numbers you will honour, not a range so wide it says nothing.
- Before-and-after pairs with two separate consents
- Documented written HIPAA consent to hold them, and a second consent before any of it runs in an advert. "They said it was fine" is not consent. No retouching on a before or an after, ever — a retouched result is a misrepresentation.
- Any loyalty tier or third-party rating you actually hold
- Alle or Aspire tier, RealSelf, Allergan or Galderma recognition. All bracketed until confirmed.
- An answer on whether you handle PHI
- If the practice offers GLP-1 weight management, hormone therapy or medical evaluation, any automation touching a patient message needs a signed BAA first. Aesthetic-only practices generally do not.
Halcyon Skin is not a client and does not exist. Every phone number,
license number, price, rating and review count on this page is shown in brackets because
it is a placeholder, not a fact. Nothing here is a working form, phone link or booking
widget.
