Master Plumber CFC[1XXXXXX]

A plumber who actually answers the phone.

Not an answering service. Not a dispatcher who books you for Tuesday. [Owner name] or a senior tech picks up, and the price quoted at 2am is the price quoted at 2pm.

On call
01 / Emergency service

We stop it, then we fix it.

Burst supply line, failed shut-off, sewage backup, no hot water. Call the number and a licensed plumber is on the way, at the same rate we would charge on a Wednesday morning.

02 / Flat-rate pricing

Know the price before we touch a pipe.

Published rates for the jobs we do most. Same number on a Sunday night as a Wednesday morning. If the job turns out to be something else, we stop and re-quote before continuing.

03 / The thing nobody else does

Flat rate, day or night.

Nights, weekends, holidays, Christmas morning. There is no after-hours multiplier on our invoice, because a burst pipe does not choose a convenient hour and charging you extra for that is just charging you for bad luck.

05 / Slab leaks

We find it. We fix it. We show you the footage.

A lot of Tampa's 1970s and 80s housing stock runs copper under the slab, and a leak down there announces itself as a warm spot on the floor and a water bill that doubled. We locate it acoustically and thermally before anyone opens concrete.

[Pull the review about the leak three other plumbers could not find. That story sells this section on its own.]

The published flat-rate price board

This is the one template in the library that sits on the category norm rather than beside it — red for urgency, blue for structure, white field, because that is what a plumbing customer at 2am expects to find and recognising it costs them nothing. The differentiation is structural instead of visual. Five real rates, published, set in mono on white with blue rules, and a band stating there is no after-hours multiplier. Nobody else in your market will publish those numbers, which is exactly why they work.

Who this suits

  • Plumbers who will actually publish rates for their five most common jobs
  • Anyone genuinely running a flat rate day and night, with no overtime multiplier
  • Shops where a licensed plumber or the owner really does answer the phone
  • Emergency-led businesses where speed of decision matters more than browsing

Who it does not

  • A shop that will not publish numbers. Without the price board this template loses its whole argument and you want a different design
  • Anyone who charges an after-hours premium. The no-overtime band is the second load-bearing claim and it cannot be softened into a maybe
  • New-construction and commercial contract work, where nobody is choosing you off a homepage

What you need to bring

Five flat rates you will stand behind
Diagnostic, single-fixture drain, water heater swap, toilet reset, camera inspection. They go on the page as published numbers, not "starting from".
Your CFC license, and CFCO if you touch gas
Gas line work is a separate license in Florida and gets its own placeholder in the footer.
Your real median arrival time
Measured, not estimated. It appears twice and it is the kind of number a customer will hold you to.
A citation for the after-hours comparison, or permission to cut it
The struck-through competitor multiplier is a comparative claim about other businesses. It is either sourced or it comes off the page.
The slab leak review
The one about the leak three other plumbers could not find. That story sells the section on its own.

Cost and timeline

Three to five weeks. The build is straightforward; the schedule usually turns on how long it takes to agree the five published rates internally, which is a pricing conversation rather than a design one.

Pricing is set on the call. What it costs depends on how much of the list above you already have, and we would rather quote the actual job than publish a number that is wrong for you.

Halloran & Sons is not a client and does not exist. Every phone number, license number, price, rating and review count on this page is shown in brackets because it is a placeholder, not a fact. Nothing here is a working form, phone link or booking widget.
