The yard you keep meaning to do something about.

Design, build and planting for Tampa Bay properties. We draw it first, price the drawing, and then build exactly that.

Six properties, start to finish.

Every project below shows the drawing beside the built result, so you can see how closely one follows the other.

02 / Shaping and screening

A hedge is a wall you have to keep drawing.

Privacy planting only works if somebody keeps the line. We shape on a schedule that matches the species rather than the calendar, which is why ours hold a face instead of going woody at the bottom.

04 / Process
Step one
Walk the site
Sun, drainage, soil, what stays and what goes. About an hour, no charge.
Step two
The drawing
A scaled plan with a plant schedule and materials named. Yours to keep either way.
Step three
Priced by phase
Each phase priced separately so you can build it all at once or over two seasons.
Step four
Build and hand over
One crew, start to finish, with a care sheet for everything we planted.
05 / From a client
[Use a real review. The ones that mention the drawing matching the finished yard are the ones that convert, because that is the fear every landscaping client has.]

Book the site walk. Keep the drawing either way.

An hour on site and a scaled plan you own, whether or not we build it. That is how we would want to be sold to.

The draggable before-and-after hero

Most landscaping sites put a before-and-after somewhere in the middle of the page and let it autoplay. Here it is the hero, and it is a real interaction: press anywhere and move to wipe between the two states. It replaces both a conventional hero and a standalone proof section, because those were doing the same job twice. The handle rests at 68 percent, well clear of the headline, and it idles inside a narrow band so it never crosses the type. The moment someone drags it the idle animation is dropped for good and the handle stays where they left it — the visitor is now in control, and taking that back would be a small betrayal.

Who this suits

  • Design-build firms who draw a plan before they price it
  • Anyone with matched before-and-after pairs across several completed properties
  • Businesses selling a project rather than a recurring service
  • Companies with a sister maintenance brand, which the footer is built to reference

Who it does not

  • A client without matched photo pairs. Substituting a static hero turns this into a generic landscaping site and the whole argument goes with it
  • Mow-and-blow maintenance operations — that is a different offer and a different page
  • Anyone whose finished work does not resemble the drawing. This design invites exactly that comparison

What you need to bring

A matched hero pair
Same property, same angle, same time of day. The drag has nothing to reveal if the pair does not match, and a mismatched pair reads as a trick.
Five completed projects with neighbourhoods
One wide feature and four smaller ones. Each carries the neighbourhood and the time on site.
Your irrigation license
Irrigation is a licensed specialty in Hillsborough. Either the footer placeholder gets filled or the irrigation service line comes off.
A review about the drawing matching the finished yard
That is the fear every landscaping client has, and it is the review that converts.
Confirmation on the sister-company line
The footer assumes one owner across both brands. If that is not true it has to come out.

Cost and timeline

Four to six weeks. If the matched hero pair does not exist yet it has to be shot before design starts, not after, because the crop and the scrim are tuned to the actual frames.

Pricing is set on the call. What it costs depends on how much of the list above you already have, and we would rather quote the actual job than publish a number that is wrong for you.

Sawgrass Landscape Design is not a client and does not exist. Every phone number, license number, price, rating and review count on this page is shown in brackets because it is a placeholder, not a fact. Nothing here is a working form, phone link or booking widget.
