Build note: embed the live schedule from whichever platform the studio already runs. Do not rebuild it. This board is the most visited page on a fitness site after the homepage, and a hand-maintained copy goes stale in a fortnight.

What happens in the room

02 / Classes
[PHOTO — rack work, hard side light]
Strength

Barbell work on a written programme, scaled to whatever you walked in with. Coaches load your bar and correct your setup. Nobody is watching you.

[PHOTO — sled push, motion blur, sweat]
Conditioning

Forty-five minutes, mixed modal, always scalable. Two people in the same class can be doing the same session at completely different intensities.

[PHOTO — floor work, cool morning light]
Mobility

Sunday morning, unhurried, and the one class where nobody counts anything. Most people start coming to it after their first tweak.

Nobody here started in shape

The most common thing a new member says in week one is that they were worried about being the least fit person in the room. Somebody is, every single class, and it changes every single class.

[Pull a real member quote about the first week, not about results. The fear of walking in is what stops people signing up, and a quote that names it converts better than any number.]

Before publishing any of these
Written consent on file for every photo of a member, and again separately before any of it runs in an advert.
No weight-loss figures, no body-composition promises, no "lose X in Y weeks" anywhere on the site or in ads. That is an FTC problem, not a style preference.
Quote members on the experience rather than the outcome. It is safer and it converts better.

Am I fit enough to start?

Every session is scaled. The coach will give you a version of the workout that matches where you are on that day.

What if I have an injury?

Tell the coach before class. Working around something is routine here and does not mean sitting out.

Can I cancel?

Month to month, cancel any time, no fee. If a gym needs a contract to keep you it is not a good gym.

Seven days. No card.

Pick a class off the board and turn up. Bring trainers and a water bottle. That is genuinely all of it.

Tampa Creative Strategies on this template

The week board, directly under the hero

After the homepage, the schedule is the most-visited page on any fitness site. Treating it as a page buried in the nav means the single thing most visitors came for is two clicks away. Here it stops being a page and becomes the second thing you see, with spots-open and nearly-full states carried on the class blocks themselves. That only works if it is live. A hand-maintained copy of a schedule drifts, and a schedule that is wrong is worse than no schedule at all — the availability states in particular are only honest if they come from the studio’s real booking platform. This is also the only dark template in the programme, and that is what makes it read as a gym rather than a wellness studio.

Who this suits

  • Studios running a full class timetable with real availability data behind it
  • Anyone whose booking platform exposes a schedule feed the site can read
  • Gyms leading with a genuinely free trial — no card, no sales appointment
  • Strength and group-training studios where the coaches are part of the offer

Who it does not

  • A studio running four classes a week. The board would be mostly empty and a different layout serves them better
  • 24/7 access gyms with no timetable — the signature element has nothing to display
  • Anyone who wants to advertise weight-loss numbers. This design has no slot for them and that is deliberate

What you need to bring

A live schedule feed
From your real booking platform, not a copy someone updates by hand. The spots-open and nearly-full states are only honest if they are live.
A free trial you actually honour
If the site says no card required, no card can be required. This is the through-line of the whole page.
Coach photography and certifications
One frame per coach, same light, same crop. Certifications are third-party credentials and stay bracketed until confirmed.
Member quotes about the experience, not the outcome
No weight-loss figures, no body-composition promises, no "lose X in Y weeks" anywhere on the site or in any advert. That is an FTC issue rather than a style preference — and quoting the first week converts better anyway.
Consent for any member photography
Documented written consent to use it, and a second consent before it runs in an advert.

Cost and timeline

Five to six weeks, plus whatever the schedule integration takes — that depends entirely on what your booking platform exposes, and it is worth scoping before anything else starts.

Pricing is set on the call. What it costs depends on how much of the list above you already have, and we would rather quote the actual job than publish a number that is wrong for you.

Ironline Strength is not a client and does not exist. Every phone number, license number, price, rating and review count on this page is shown in brackets because it is a placeholder, not a fact. Nothing here is a working form, phone link or booking widget.
